Generating subsequent sales from your own list of current and past customers is much more cost-effective than trying to persuade cold prospects because you’ve developed a reputation of satisfaction and trust with them.
In other words: You Must Do Whatever It Takes To Attract Quality First-Time Customers Or Clients.
